For models, it comes with the territory to take great care of their skin. So, when it comes to skin care products and a well-honed routine, they know what's what. We talked to some of our favorite long-legged ladies backstage at Fashion Week during the Fall 2016 season to find out exactly which skin care products they swear by to keep their skin in check, even after a hectic day of shows (or let's face it, months of them). They spilled on which products they love the most and why, so get that shopping list ready!

Model Alanna Arrington told us backstage at BCBG that a lot of showering and exfoliating is necessary to keep her skin in check through all of the makeup that gets piled on for her job. "I use the Laura Mercier facial scrub, and I also moisturize a lot because the winter keeps my skin really dry. That combination keeps my pores open and unclogged from makeup."

Sophie Kanny (who has flawless skin, might we add) told us that she loves La Roche Posay's moisturizer, and uses it nightly – but added that she may need to layer on five more moisturizers to make it through the New York City cold.

Claudia Todman raved about Aveda's plant-based products, noting that she loved its cleanser the most for her skin.

Model Julia Fleming told us that her flawless skin comes from not messing with it too much – she is literally just born with great skin (ugh)! But, when she does need to take all of her makeup off from the day, she turns to Cetaphil because it's "so light and not oily."

An old backstage favorite, model Vera V. loves using Bioderma to get all of her makeup off and keep her skin in check. "I think all models use this, I think the French really know what they're doing!"

The gorgeous Sophie Rask is a loyal fan of the classic Embroylisse, which she of course picked up from backstage. "I think all models use it, it's just the one thing I have in my bag always, and I just try to keep it moisturized because when you get makeup on and off all the time it dries out the skin, so it's the most important thing for me," she said.

Model Jourdana Elizabeth told us that she's actually a huge fan of Kiehl's eye cream,
because you can never start taking preventative steps too early. And
with all of the pulling on her face from brushes and makeup, she wants
to be careful!

Estonian model Kersti Niinemagi raved about French skin care brand Biotherm, telling us that she uses the entire line to keep her skin in check. "I wash my face with their washing gel, which has some exfoliation inside, and then I use the toner and a cream. In the Winter I do a heavier one and the Summer a lighter one. They're the best products I've tried so far!"

Model Yulia Musieichuk knows a good product when she sees it, which is why she swears by Dr. Hauschka's Rose Day Cream to keep her skin moisturized after countless makeup applications.

Cristina Piccone (who has some of our favorite brows of the moment) told us that she was, of course, an Embryolisse-lover like everyone else, but for face wash she likes the Ultra Gentle Neutrogena cleanser to use in the shower.

To get her lips super soft and smooth, Irina Djuranovic actually puts Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream on her lips before bed (and, of course, on her hands, too)!

Downtown cool-girl Isabella Emmack also loves Embroylisse, but she said to maintain her skin she relies on Aveeno, since her skin doesn't get irritated too easily, so she prefers something gentle to keep it that way.

Model Bhumika Arora swears by Biotique, a skin care line from India. "It's really good for antiacne and purifies the skin. It's a Neem face wash, so the main ingredient is an herb called Neem, so it has less chemicals," she said.

Model Nastya Sten knows all about the prowess of Korean skin care, and she personally loves Pola to keep her skin in check.

Heather Kemesky said she uses "rosewater spray and a moisturizer to keep skin balanced with the wear and tear of taking makeup on and off all day."

Model Natalie Salamunec told us that her secret to great skin is actually Nivea Creme. "It's the Nivea Creme, the really thick, hard-tub cream. It's a remedy from my mom. I take my makeup off with the cream, then I use an exfoliator, and then I put on more cream," she explained. "It really works!"
