Lady Gaga's Hair at the 2016 Oscars

Frederic Aspiras for Pai-Shau created Lady Gaga's voluminous waves by prepping her hair with Pai-Shau Design Ritual Royal Abundance Mousse from the roots to the ends. He then blew it out with a round brush, and after curling the hair using GHD Curve Soft Curl Iron ($199), pinned up each ringlet to set them. When he took the curls down, he brushed them out for fluffiness.
