Julianne Hough Got a Perm That Will Give Her Beach Waves For Days

Sometimes I wish I could just snap my fingers and my hair would be done. Julianne Hough accomplished that by getting a perm that will give her semipermanent effortlessly cool beach waves. She revealed the news via Instagram with a series of snaps and videos showing off her textured mane.
The deed was done at LA salon Nine Zero One, headed by celebrity stylist Riawna Capri. And the hero product used was Olaplex, which strengthens overprocessed hair (like Julianne's very blond hair), allowing it be permed on top of being bleached.
