Naturally Big Hair
Going big and natural is all about expressing your and your hair’s individuality. “This style is about using the forces of nature!” Reyman said. “Grown-out hair in its natural texture is such a fantastic look for this Spring and Summer. It is less tamed and less styled.” Actress Juno Temple (pictured) and Beyoncé at the Super Bowl are your image inspirations.
What to ask for at the salon: "Ask your hairdresser to texturize your hair and clean up the ends but remove as little length as possible," Reyman offered. "The texturizing will free up your hair to really express itself — as opposed to leaving hair heavy so that it weighs down. Texturizing will allow room for more natural curl lighten the hair for easier lift and movement."
At-home styling tip: According to Reyman, try a combination of oil and hold products to get the best results. "I love the less defined, more unruly curls and texture we have seen from Beyoncé, Juno Temple, and a bunch on the runway," he added.
