20 of the Buzziest Drugstore Beauty Launches For Fall 2016
For some reason, Fall automatically makes us want to shop. We'll blame the back-to-school spirit that has been instilled in us from a young age. But even if we're no longer stocking up on school supplies, when the weather cools down, we're eager to update our beauty "wardrobes."
That said, Summer travels may have left your bank account with a bit of a deficit. So this season, we are focusing on the affordable drugstore products launching for Fall 2016. Here are the ones to look out for this Autumn.
Catrice Prime & Fine Waterproof Mattifying Powder
One of the most social-media-friendly products to snap off the shelves right now is Catrice’s Prime & Fine Waterproof Mattifying Powder. The translucent powder helps to mattify your skin to give you a flawless complexion (no matter your tone). And it’s also waterproof — you can literally drip water into your compact and watch it slide right off!
China Glaze Rebel Fall Collection
China Glaze’s Rebel collection juxtaposes the grittiness of the grunge era alongside the flirtiness of those baby doll dresses that we all loved to wear. The offering features 12 new '90s-inspired shades with a modern twist. Our personal favorites are the chic gray opalescent "Pearl Jammin'" and the inky blue-black metallic "Teen Spirit."

Promise Organic Nourishing Coconut Milk Hand Cream
This completely organic line, which is exclusive to CVS, has launched a coconut milk and shea butter antiaging hand cream. The skin moisturizer is packed with antioxidants to prevent the look of aging on hands, while it also helps to hydrate and smooth dry, cracked skin. And, unlike most hand creams, which use water as the main ingredient, Promise Organic uses aloe, which actually contains 75 essential ingredients to help moisturize your skin even more.
Essence 2-in-1 Liner and Eyeshadow
We all love a good chubby shadow stick that allows us to do our eye makeup in mere seconds, and this waterproof multitasking one from Essence gets the job done. The creamy texture and the cone shape allows for the product to be used as a liner or a shadow. Plus, it has a longwear formula.
DevaCurl Wave Maker Touchable Texture Whip
DevaCurl’s new Wave Maker Touchable Texture Whip can give you effortless curls (that aren't crunchy) in mere minutes. The light and airy formula is made with moringa seed and passion flower extracts (so it smells amazing). It helps to control frizz while giving a touchable hold to your waves.
d.j.v Miaray Paint-On False Lashes Volume Lash
Japan's cult beauty brand, d.j.v. Miaray, is bringing yet another one of its mascara faves to the States, this time for volume. (The first launch, d.j.v Miaray Paint-On False Lashes Volume Lash, uses a special formula to coat each strand with a layer, creating the look of long falsies.) Jordana Fabubrow Shape & Set Gel
Brow gel may very well have topped the list for most girl's desert island beauty product, so we all need one that we can stick in our purse. Jordana's Fabubrow Shape & Set Gel comes in a small tube with a shade range from clear to dark brown, depending on whether you want to just set your hairs or darken them. Plus, the spoolie brush lets you quickly fill in any sparse areas of the hair, and the gel formula will set the brows so they won’t move all day.

MUA Lash Placement Tool
While yes, false lashes can be tricky for most of us to DIY ourselves, with the right tools they don't have to be such a struggle. Makeup Academy’s latest tool helps you to hold the lash in place (instead of struggling with a tweezer), so that you're able to properly apply the lash. The Lash Placement Tool has a curved tip to hold lashes on one side, and then a soft tip to push them in place on the other. Falsies finally made easy.
