The Too Faced Chocolate Brow-nie Cocoa Powder Brow Pencils ($23) are available in four shades: Taupe, Soft Brown, Auburn, and Deep Brown. One side features a cocoa-powder-infused retractable pencil, while the other is a spoolie brush. (We recommend combing strands up, filling them in with the pencil, and then brushing them again to diffuse the product.)
