Rita Ora's Neon Hair Is the Highlight(er) of the Teen Choice Awards Carpet

From pink to blue to her signature platinum blond, Rita Ora can pull off any hair color. Tonight, she proved it even more with a brand-new, head-turning look: highlighter-yellow highlights. It gives a whole new meaning to "glowing" on the red carpet.

We have hair stylist César Ramirêz to thank for the unconventional shade — which was actually custom-colored hair extensions put up in a classic french twist using MIZANI Thermasmooth Style & Style Again ($18). "Rita is always open to having fun with her glam. We had been toying with the idea of going yellow for quite sometime. We both really love the idea of yellow hair in a grown out rock and roll vibe," Ramirêz said.

To offset the bright hair, Rita kept her usually full-on makeup look a bit more low-key. Bronzed skin, layers of mascara, and a fuchsia lip looked simple and sophisticated.

But back to the hair — just a couple of days ago, she was rocking some sandy blond locks. We love the change, so much that we need to appreciate it at all angles.
