Kjaer Weis Lip Gloss

Kjaer Weis Lip Gloss

"As Spring approaches (we're SO close to warm weather, damn it!), I'm ditching my heavy makeup for lighter formulas. That's why I'm capital-O obsessed with this grown-up take on lip gloss. The Kjaer Weis Lip Gloss in Affinity ($38, out March 6) is the perfect rosy pink that gives off that elusive 'my lips but better' look. The formula is so light and hydrating, it's sort of like a mini treatment for my poor pout, which has been coated in harsh matte shades all Winter. Plus, whenever I glide this baby on over my pout, it's compliment city." — Alaina Demopoulos, editorial assistant, Beauty

Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer

Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer

"This primer made me a believer in primers, mostly because I get really hyped about them initially, but then I stop using them. In this case, The Silk Canvas Protecting Primer by Tatcha ($52) is more of a step in my skincare routine than for my makeup application, which relieves any guilt I have about the price tag. That's not to say it doesn't help my makeup to look like it's applied on top of smooth, creamy, buttery skin.
This primer has silk extracts that are what blur pores, lines, and any type of dimple or hole in the skin. Inspired by geishas' skincare and makeup routines, it serves to enhance the skin with ingredients like green tea and algae but protects the skin like a barrier from your makeup, so that it decreases the chance of a breakout. Plus, it adds a mattified look without appearing too dry. I also put this on my lips to help create a smoother lipstick application." — Kirbie Johnson, host, producer, and senior video reporter

Pinrose Secret Genius Shimmer Mist

Pinrose Secret Genius Shimmer Mist

"Excuse the dated reference, but it must be said: when I wear Pinrose Secret Genius Shimmer Mist ($42, out March 13), I shine brighter than a vampire from Twilight out in the sun. Such glimmering fabulousness is truly all I can ask for in life. What sets this particular mist apart is that along with imparting a supersexy dewy coat of glitter over your skin, it also smells like vanilla and caramel. That scent works miracles. After going a particularly embarrassing amount of time in-between showers, I spritzed this all over myself right before a date. My boo thang kept remarking how great I smelled, so thanks for disguising the fact that I'm a sweaty mess, Pinrose!" — AD

Bretman Rock x Morphe Babe in Paradise Palette

Bretman Rock x Morphe Babe in Paradise Palette

"After getting the exclusive reveal last month, I was daydreaming about getting this palette into my hands. I love warmer tones, and the Babe in Paradise ($29) palette was inspired by Bretman's life — the Filipino social media star grew up on the islands of Hawaii, and these highlighters reflect the warm glow you'd get from spending your days at the beach. One of my favorite things about this palette, besides the fan brush and the shade range, are the shade names. I personally love 'Vaygation' and 'Mahu.'" — KJ

Soap and Glory Poutstanding Double-Ended Lip Contouring Crayon

Soap and Glory Poutstanding Double-Ended Lip Contouring Crayon

"This launch actually landed on my office neighbor's desk, not mine, but it instantly caught my eye with special promotional materials about Soap and Glory's 'More Than Lips' campaign, which encourages women to run for office. I talked my way into taking two of these Double-Ended Lip Contouring Crayons ($12) home with me, and both have become a ride-or-die staple in my makeup bag. I love how you can make your mouth look fuller using these duos or simply create a killer (and ultraprecise!) lip look in several shades. And at only $12 a pop, it's a great buy." — Brinton Parker, assistant editor, Trends

Dermalogica Sound Sleep Cocoon

Dermalogica Sound Sleep Cocoon

"I am a bit of an insomniac and look forward to trying anything that promises to improve my sleep quality. The Dermalogica Sound Sleep Cocoon ($80) has been a beauty godsend. The moisturizing cream is motion-activated and releases the soothing scents of lavender, patchouli, and sandalwood. In addition to allowing me to sleep through the night, the gel-cream texture makes my skin look great when I wake up in the morning. The cream contains Persian Silk Tree Extract, which reduces signs of fatigue and plumps up my skin." — Sarah Siegel, editorial assistant, Shopping and Products

Mara Algae + Moringa Universal Face Oil

Mara Algae + Moringa Universal Face Oil

I'm not usually a face oil person. Experts and insiders will tell you that oil doesn't break you out — which can be true — but with my combination skin, face oil tends to make it more congested. Mara Algae + Moringa Universal Face Oil ($72) has been a pleasant surprise when it comes to my skin. Meaning "sea," Mara is made with ingredients inspired by the ocean, like alaria esculenta and plankton extracts. It also includes moringa oil, which is becoming more popular in the beauty industry for its anti-aging benefits. It has seven times the amount of vitamin C than an orange, and 4 times the amount of vitamin A than a carrot — it packs as punch when it comes to vitamins and antioxidants. I've been wearing this to sleep at night underneath my retinol and wake up without my reactive skin covered in flakes, and it's a solid moisturizer for creating a glow underneath your makeup, too. All you need are a few drops and you'll be luminous. — Kirbie

Innisfree Volcanic Color Clay Purifying Mask

Innisfree Volcanic Color Clay Purifying Mask

"Real talk: the Innisfree Volcanic Color Clay Purifying Mask ($9) turns me into a pore-less wonder. Hence the name, this latest launch from the K-beauty darling brand is made with mud from an actual volcano. Those little clusters give my skin a much-needed deep clean while decimating oils I bring onto my face via my rampant penchant for greasy, late-night pizza. There are six other masks in this collection, and each one is meant to be used together, but I find that this option alone works really well on acne-prone skin that needs a little bit of refreshment." — AD

Beauty by POPSUGAR

Beauty by POPSUGAR

"I've gotten ample opportunity to play around with the upcoming Beauty by POPSUGAR line, and I'll admit it: I'm entirely obsessed, and it's not because I work here! Among my favorites are a lip balm that completely reminds me of the best Girl Scout Cookie flavor (Thin Mints, duh) and two eye shadow palettes filled with superbuildable shades. The brand launches online and in Ulta in mid-March, and products range in price from $22 to $42." — BP

Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat

Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat

"I could not contain my excitement when the Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat ($29) palette arrived at my desk. Not only had I just found my new nickname (I'm under five feet tall), but I'd also found my new favorite palette. The mini palette fits easily in my purse and contains five warm matte hues and one demi-matte highlighting shade. I've been enjoying the pigmented, easily blendable shades and spicy hues all month and can't wait to continue creating looks with this versatile palette." — SS

Sisley Paris Instant Color-Correcting Primer in Just Rosy

Sisley Paris Instant Color-Correcting Primer in Just Rosy

"I used to think that primer was a boring — but necessary — product to apply before getting to the actual fun makeup. That was until I tried this Sisley Paris Instant Color-Correcting Primer in Just Rosy ($90). This luxurious but lightweight formula is perfect at warming and illuminating my pale skin. I apply it right before foundation, and not only does it seal my makeup on like nobody's business, but it also gives me a healthy glow. I have that natural, French girl 'flushed-from-within' look when I'm running on four hours of sleep, precoffee. That's not the easiest task for a product, but this one stands up. It's one of my favorite investment products." — AD

Bliss In The Honey Mega Moisturizing Lavender Honey Mask

Bliss In The Honey Mega Moisturizing Lavender Honey Mask

If you're a beauty connoisseur, you know Bliss, specifically the Triple Oxygen Peel. The spa-centric brand recently got a makeover — new look, new formulations, new lower price point and new products, too. Moving into a "skin wellness" space, now all of the products are made without parabens, phthalates, SLS, SLES and are 100% cruelty-free. And did we mention the price point? All products now range between $7-$25, and are available on the website, Ulta Beauty and Target. In the Honey Mega Moisturizing Lavender Honey Mask ($16) is one mask I can recommend to friends and they won't want to wring my neck when they check out the cost. Utilizing acacia honey and propolis extract, it hydrates and soothes thirsty, suffering skin and leaves it feeling softer and more supple. — Kirbie

Jo Malone London Oat and Cornflower

Jo Malone London Oat and Cornflower

"The entire Jo Malone 'English Fields' collection has been sitting on my desk for weeks, and I can't stop smelling each and every one. However, when pressed for a favorite, I'd have to pick the Jo Malone London Oat and Cornflower Cologne ($70). The limited-edition scent is warm, sensual, and, at the same time, light and fresh. I can't help but smile each time I pick up the cute pale blue bottle from my desk." — SS

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette

Anastasia, as we know, gives good brows. But the brand is now fully a key player in the color cosmetics space, too. People lose their minds over new palette launches from the brand, and while there have been some missteps in the past, I'm very happy with the Soft Glam ($42) palette. Sometimes I don't want to wear an intense smokey eye, and this palette delivers. Don't worry, there are plenty of shimmers and duo-chromes included, but the focus of this palette are mattes with a romantic shade range: lilac, gold, cinnamon; earthy shades, plus two shades of orange that play nicely with the other warmer tones.

Chanel Le Vernis Nail Color in Giallo Napoli

Chanel Le Vernis Nail Color in Giallo Napoli

"This Spring, I'm matching my nail polish to a taxi cab with this Chanel Le Vernis Nail Color in Giallo Napoli ($28). I love how the daffodil-yellow hue brightens up my often all-black clothing, and it's the longest-lasting polish I've ever used. Despite the fact that I attempt to murder my manicure every single day with my rampant biting habit (don't be like me, please), this stuff stays on." — AD

Dolce Garden by Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce Garden by Dolce & Gabbana

"Sure, we all know that The Devil Wears Prada quote about florals for Spring — that doesn't mean I don't want to wear one! My new favorite is the Dolce & Gabbana Dolce Garden ($76), a superlight, flirty scent that smells like actual strawberries and cream. I dare you not to smile at just one whiff of the mandarin, magnolia, and coconut notes that linger on you all day without overwhelming anyone you come in contact with. When I first spritzed this on myself at work, I had a group of people stop and comment about how lovely I smelled. Making friends while channeling my inner sweet flower? I am all about that." — AD

Nars Highlighting Powder

Nars Highlighting Powder

"I never knew I needed another highlighter until I tried the creamy formula of the Nars Highlighting Powders ($38, available March 15). The shimmery powders are available in six colors, but my favorite is Capri, a pinky gold hue. Each powder looks gorgeous on my cheekbones and blends seamlessly with the rest of my makeup, making it a new essential in my makeup drawer." — SS
