This New Year's Eve, go all out with your makeup and try this dark and moody beauty look from Kat Von D Beauty. We asked Kat Von D Beauty makeup artist Steffanie Strazzere to show us how to coordinate the new Lolita Eye Shadow Palette ($39) with our over-the-top sparkly ensembles this year.

For the look, Strazzere used the Kat Von D Lolita Eye Shadow Palette ($39).

Step 1: Base Color

First, Strazzere coated the entire lid with the shade Hermosura, a bubblegum pink hue.

Next, she packed a darker red hue, like Con Amor, in the crease to add definition.

Strazzere then turned up the drama with the darker hue Eterno on the outer corners before dragging it across the lower lash line.
