Sleeping masks had a huge year in 2018 (it seemed like every brand was coming out with one), but if you haven't hopped on the trend, this year is definitely the time to try them out. Skin care works best while you're sleeping because that's when your skin is naturally regenerating, so it makes sense that intensely moisturizing treatments should be applied at nighttime.
A couple of my recent favorites are Glamglow's new Good In Bed Night Cream ($54), which uses passionfruit and hyaluronic acid to gently exfoliate and nourish the skin, and Glow Recipe's Avocado Melt Sleeping Mask ($45), which contains 74 percent avocado in various forms to deeply hydrate the skin overnight.
