Venus Viva Nano Fractional Radio Frequency
What it is: A 30-minute treatment to firm and lift the upper and lower eyelids, sans surgery.
How it works: Radio frequency energy gently heats the skin and triggers the body's natural healing response to firm and even texture.
Benefits of the treatment: Clients walk away with smoother, firmer skin around the eye area. (Lancer offers the Legacy Eye Treatment ($450) for at-home care.)
Downtime: There are three days of healing time. Clients come in a couple of months ahead of their event and then the week before for a boost.
Price: $1,500+ per treatment.
EmSculpt and EmSella
What it is: EmSculpt ("Em" stands for electromagnetic sculpting) is to sculpt and lift the buttock area and the abdomen painlessly. It's paired with EmSella, an electromagnetic chair that tightens the pelvic floor.
How it works: Lancer says it reduces fat by five to 10 percent and, in the process, improves muscle definition; it's also "to shape the buttock curvature." On the abdomen, it fine-tunes small, excessive fat and makes the muscles more defined. As for the pelvic floor? "If you're firming your butt or belly, it makes sense you want to firm the rest of the area, the pelvic floor. Very few practices have both machines," said Lancer.
Downtime: No downtime, but it will require months of advance preparation. Lancer suggests treatments twice a week for four weeks and then once monthly for maintenance.
Price: $1,000 per treatment for each treatment ($2000 total per appointment).
