Katy Perry's latest music video is a trip back to a time associated with tripping, if you catch my drift. For her joyful love song "Never Really Over," the singer released a surreal '70s video that's essentially Hair meets The Love Witch with a sprinkling of Wild Wild Country. As you might've imaged, the beauty looks are just as groovy.

Perry's hair and makeup throughout the video is an explosion of color and curls, with several bright eye shadow looks, big hairstyles, and hair accessories. There's also facial acupuncture and cupping, which fit with the video's whole wellness retreat theme. In a recent talk at YouTube Space in Los Angeles, Perry said in a press release, "I'm not sure that cupping has ever been in a music video or facial acupuncture and you don't necessarily need injections." She jokingly added, "But I mean you could get both."
