The Mother of Dragons may be best known for her waist-length platinum braids, but stunning actress Emilia Clarke never sticks to any one style when it comes to her hair. From chestnut brown to platinum blonde, and from long and sleek to short and curly, the Game of Thrones star has stepped out with just about every updo imaginable, and her innumerable hairstyles never cease to thrill us. Because it's impossible to pick our favorite, we've rounded up some of Emilia Clarke's best red carpet hairstyles of all time. We'd probably never be able to recreate Daenerys' complicated braid creations, but we may just be able to try a few of these looks.

French Twist Half-Updo

Clarke showed off a new bob at The Terminator red carpet premiere, which she partially pulled back into a cute French twist. With high volume and a few loose strands in front, Clarke's dramatic look was given a romantic softness.

Deep Side-Parted Half-Updo

For the Solo: A Star Wars Story red carpet premiere, Clarke's platinum lob was given a dramatic side part and partially pulled back at the crown of her head. The whole look was completed with delicate gold thread, which was wrapped around the elastics in the back.

Old Hollywood Waves

For the Game of Thrones season four premiere, Clarke channeled Old Hollywood glamour with some retro barrel curls. Her 1920s hairdo was styled with a deep side part and slicked back behind her ear on one side for extra drama.

Texturized High Ponytail

For the 2012 Emmy Awards, Clarke stunned with an Ariana Grande-esque high ponytail with a neat center part. Plenty of teasing gave her updo its volume and texture.
