"It sits between chin and shoulders, featuring soft, internal layers that add movement without looking overly 'done,' he says. "This is the bob for people who don't want a stiff, high-maintenance look." A classic celeb example of this is the internet's favorite trendsetter, Hailey Bieber. Although she isn't rocking a bob anymore, the light, fluffy layers gave the look something extra when she did.
