Like most others in attendance, Chloe and Halle went all out while attending the Wearable Art Gala in 2019. Halle completed her all-black look with a sultry smoky eye and green contacts while her older sister Chloe decorated her dreadlocks with blond and light brown extensions and wore the front of her hair in a crown braid.
