Jenner's first tattoo was a tiny white dot tattooed on the middle finger of her right hand, courtesy of celebrity tattoo artist JonBoy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jenner accompanied her pal Hailey Baldwin to the NYC tattoo parlor in June 2015, where Baldwin was getting a tiny "g" tattoo behind her left ear. Not wanting to miss out, Jenner and her friend Joe Termini each got a microscopic dot of white ink on their fingers.
In August 2015, JonBoy explained the meaning of the white dot to Refinery29. "To [Jenner], it's the little things that matter," he said. "And the white color was because she didn't want it to show with modeling and all that." The model told Ellen DeGeneres in March 2018 that she got the tattoo out of curiosity. "I just wanted to know what it felt like," she said. "All my friends have them so I wanted to know what it feels like. You can't see it but that's kind of the point." Later on, Jenner had the white dot turned into a small white heart, though it's unclear when that happened.
