Summer Fridays Has a Brand-New Product, and I Got to Test It Out

Summer Fridays makes some of my favorite skin-care products; I love the Jet Lag Mask, and the Vitamin C Serum is a staple in my daytime routine. Today, the brand launched the Soft Reset AHA Exfoliating Solution ($54), and I got to test it out. It's a super-lightweight serum that you place on a cotton pad and wipe over your face after cleansing. As someone who loves exfoliating but has sensitive skin, I have to make sure any product I use won't make me red and irritated, and this solution definitely delivers.

The combination of 16-percent AHAs and niacinamide packs a potent punch, and honestly, I was concerned that this would be too harsh for me. However, I've found that if I follow up the treatment with a hydrating moisturizer, it deeply exfoliates without inflaming my sensitive skin, which is a huge win. The product is also vegan and cruelty-free, which we can all get behind. My skin looks brighter overnight, and the pretty blue bottle has earned a permanent place on my bathroom counter, right next to all my other favorite Summer Fridays products.
