2021 Makeup Trend: '80s Pastel Eyeshadow

2020 is a year that definitely made us look back on the more pleasurable moments from years past and put a modern twist on popular makeup trends from previous decades. Osbourne predicts that pastel eye colors in particular will be huge once spring rolls around.

"We're reverting back to the '80s and '90s era of glam with a very mod but new, innovative twist," he said. "This trend will be big in the spring for the new year."
