Nestled in with Bullseye's playground, the home-decor section, and the endless cute clothing options is the new shop-in-shop experience, complete with the beauty retailer's classic orange awnings and crisp, white displays. It looks like you stepped inside an Ulta Beauty, but really, you're just a few steps away from the Target grocery aisle. In between grabbing your prescription, picking up milk, and contemplating redoing your bedroom, you can also stock up on your favorite mascara and cleanser and browse new lipstick shades.
