In January 2020, Kelly unveiled his latest neck tattoo that says "Tickets to My Downfall" in old English font. Placed horizontally, the script wraps around the front of the rapper's neck and refers to the title of his fifth studio album of the same name.
In July 2021, the rapper added a thorny ring around his neck that integrates his previously existing tattoos, such as the atomic structure in the middle and lightning flashes in its surrounding. Though Kelly hasn't revealed the meaning behind this ink, a barbed wire represents the hope, courage, and resilience it takes to overcome harsh struggles in life.

On the right side of his neck, Kelly has a Pac-Man ink, while on his left side, he has a tattoo of the red-inked video-game ghost named Blinky.
