Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water With Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe ($15, originally $24)
I've always loved Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water, but this would be my first purchase of its hyaluronic acid iteration. Through such hydrating ingredients, it removes makeup in the most gentle way and leaves the skin moisturized without drying it out.
