Blue Ivy Jams Out to "Circle of Life," and She Definitely Has the Attitude of a True Performer

Blue Ivy Carter truly is a star in making! On Saturday, the adorable 7-year-old joined parents Beyoncé and JAY-Z at the third annual Wearable Art Gala, where they enjoyed a charitable, fun-filled night. But when Blue and Bey weren't at the actual event, they were having a mini party of their own as Beyoncé revealed in a cute clip of Blue jamming out to "Circle of Life." Considering the gala's theme was "A Journey to the Pride Lands" — inspired by the upcoming remake of The Lion King in which Beyoncé will voice Nala — it makes sense that Blue was so into the song. (Not to mention, it's just an amazing track.)

The video — shown in the fourth slide of Beyoncé's gallery above — features Blue lip-syncing to the classic tune while waving her hand around her colorful headpiece. Bey then pans the camera toward her lion-inspired gown and lets out a giggle after watching her daughter's little performance.

We should all know by now that Blue has star quality. Recently, she was featured on Beyoncé's Homecoming: The Live Album and belted "Lift Every Voice and Sing." Before that, she became the youngest person ever to appear on a Billboard chart when she was featured in JAY-Z's 2012 song "Glory." Four years later, she was in Beyoncé's "Daddy Lessons" as well as the "Mi Gente" remix in 2017.

Basically, she was just born to be great and step on our necks — which is fine by me!
