It was a big night for Chance the Rapper at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday. At just 24 years old, the artist was honored with the innovator award for his "groundbreaking accomplishments in music" and his charitable contributions. During his speech, Chance praised several musicians including Pharrell Williams, Prince, James Brown, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, and Beyoncé.

"I still feel very young and a little undeserving and overwhelmed by a lot of the stuff that happens," Chance told the crowd. "I didn't invent independence in any way; I didn't innovate this idea. I'm following behind a lot of other people, and it takes a lot more of us to come together to regain our control and power as we should have it." Perfectly said, Chance.
