Eric Garner's Wife Says "Hell No" She Doesn't Accept the Cop's Apology

Esaw Garner spoke to reporters on Wednesday after a grand jury in Staten Island decided not to indict the NYC police officer who killed her husband, Eric Garner. "I'm determined to get justice for my husband," she said, later getting emotional as she asked, "Who's going to play Santa Claus for my grandkids?" Garner said "hell no" when reporters asked if she accepted Officer Daniel Pantaleo's apology, adding, "The time for remorse would have been when my husband was screaming to breathe." She added, "This fight ain't over. It's just begun. As long as I have a breath in my body, I will fight the fight to the end." Meanwhile, as she called for justice, Jon Stewart got serious about the case and hundreds of protesters gathered throughout NYC.
