Born on Aug. 20, 2008, Matteo was welcomed via surrogate along with his fraternal twin brother. In 2019, Martin took Matteo as his date to the Grammy Awards.

On Dec. 31, 2018, Martin announced on Instagram that he and Yosef had become parents to an adorable baby girl named Lucia. In the caption of a photo of Martin and Yosef holding little Lucia's hands, the singer wrote: "We are beyond happy to announce that we have become parents to a beautiful and healthy baby girl, Lucia Martin-Yosef. It has been a special time for us and we cant wait to see where this stellar baby will take us. Both her beautiful brothers, me and Jwan have fallen in love with Lucia." Yosef tends to refer to his daughter as "Lulu," while Martin has called Lucia "La luz de mis ojos," or "The light of my eyes."

We don't know much about Martin's fourth child other than the fact that he was born in October 2019, his name is Renn, and he's pretty stinkin' cute! Martin announced that he and Yosef were expecting a fourth child at the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner on Sept. 28, 2019. The singer gushed about his entire family before sharing, "By the way, I have to announce that we are pregnant." Then, a month later on Oct. 29, the pair each shared the same first photo of baby Renn on their respective Instagram accounts. "Renn Martin-Yosef, our baby boy is here," Yosef captioned the sweet snap.
