Jennifer Lawrence Clears Up Recent Rumors in a Rare Facebook Post

Amid reports that director David O. Russell yelled at Jennifer Lawrence, the actress took matters into her own hands on Friday. In a note she shared on Facebook, Jennifer shot down rumors about bad blood between her and David on the set of their movie Joy, saying David "is one of my closest friends and we have an amazing collaborative working relationship." The movie marks their third project together since working on Silver Linings Playbook, for which she won an Oscar for best actress, and American Hustle, which earned her a best supporting actress nomination. Meanwhile, according to TMZ, a spokesperson for Fox 2000 blamed the misunderstanding on method acting, suggesting that David was trying to get Jennifer "amped-up for a scene in which she screams at someone."
