Jonah Hill Apologizes For His Homophobic Remarks

Jonah Hill has been under fire recently for using a slur directed at a paparazzo this weekend, and while he already apologized on The Howard Stern Show, he also addressed the controversy during his guest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week. "Unfortunately, this isn't a joke," Hill began, before explaining that he had been harassed all day by paparazzi before he made the remark. "I didn't mean this in . . . a homophobic way. I think that doesn't matter. Words have weight and meaning, and the word I chose was grotesque." Hill went on to say, "My heart is broken, and I genuinely am deeply sorry . . . Use me as an example of what not to do. Don't respond with hurt or anger . . . I know I'm usually funny and stuff, but this isn't funny, and I deserve to get sh*t for it."
