Justin Bieber Makes a Red-Hot Appearance at the NRJ Music Awards
Justin Bieber arrived in style at the 17th annual NRJ Music Awards in Cannes on Saturday. The Canadian singer hit the red carpet wearing a red bomber jacket and showing off his smoldering stare while posing for photos. Justin is up for international male artist of the year and is set to take the stage for a performance of his hit single "What Do You Mean?"
