Madonna and Katy Perry May Have Just Thrown Taylor Swift the Ultimate Shade

Madonna has always been an expert at grabbing headlines, and this week will likely be no different. On Tuesday, the singer teased a new music video for her single "B*tch I'm Madonna" by posting an Instagram photo featuring herself, Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Rita Ora, Miley Cyrus, and Nicki Minaj styled up like an avant-garde movie poster. Not only does the image look sort of similar to the ones Taylor Swift put out ahead of her "Bad Blood" video premiere, but the all-star cast and badass death stares are also enough to get tongues wagging about a music video faceoff for the ages. She captioned the snap, "Video coming soon! Just trying to make it perfect for all of you. We are hard werking bitches! #bitchimmadonna."

We should have seen this coming, right? Yes, Madonna did hit the stage with Taylor at the iHeartRadio Awards, but not long after, she became one of the many musicians to sign on with Beyoncé and Jay Z's Tidal streaming service (which Nicki Minaj is also involved with). In May, Madonna arrived on the Met Gala red carpet with Katy, and the two palled around all evening, even attending Lady Gaga's afterparty together. Rita used to date Taylor's current beau, Calvin Harris — and we all know where Katy and Taylor Swift stand — so it seems like "B*tch I'm Madonna" could be shaping up to be an A-list rebuttal to Taylor's model-filled "Bad Blood."
