A man by the name of Jack Strickland called into C-SPAN's Washington Journal program on Tuesday, but instead of sharing his thoughts on the involvement of Congress in Iran negotiations, he took it upon himself to give a hilarious monologue using lyrics from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's theme song. In the impressive clip, Jack introduces himself as someone calling from Bel Air, CA, though he's "originally from Philadelphia — specifically, West Philadelphia." From there, it's just one hilarious line after another — he describes having a conversation about Congress with a friend "on the basketball court" before "a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood." It was only a matter of time before his call was cut off, but Jack's prank gave us enough laughs to last a lifetime. Watch the video above now.
