Meadow Walker Honors Her Father's Legacy in the Most Touching Way

Meadow Walker paid tribute to her late father, Paul, in the best possible way this weekend. The 17-year-old presented Adrian Grenier with the 2016 Paul Walker Ocean Leadership Award in Monterey, CA, for his work with The Lonely Whale, a foundation dedicated to raising people's awareness of the world's oceans and their marine wildlife. "It's an honor to receive the Paul Walker Ocean Leadership Award," Adrian said during his acceptance speech. "I share Paul's inquisitiveness for the mystery of the ocean and the great potential it holds for new discoveries that will enrich the lives and inspire the curiosities of the next several generations." He even posted a sweet picture of him and Meadow at the ceremony, writing, "Honored to share my voice today. Thank you @paulwalkerfdn for recognizing my work with @lonelywhale. #TeamLonelyWhale #DoGood 📷 @albertogvisuals."

Meadow first started The Paul Walker Foundation in 2015 in an effort to recognize people's contributions to ocean wildlife. "I love so much about him," Meadow once wrote in a throwback picture with her father. "I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with others . . . I can't think of a better way to celebrate my father." She even posted a cute photo of herself by the water ahead of the ceremony, writing, "#dogood." Paul would certainly be proud.
