Michael Phelps Opens Up About His Rehab Plans
Michael Phelps is entering rehab. The Olympic gold medalist swimmer made the announcement on Sunday. In a series of tweets, Michael explained that he's seeking treatment in order "to better understand myself" and "make better decisions in the future." It's been less than a week since Michael, the most decorated Olympian of all time, was arrested for driving under the influence in Baltimore. According to authorities, Michael had been driving 84 miles per hour in a 45-miles-per-hour zone early Tuesday. He was charged with DUI, excessive speeding, and crossing double lane lines, and took to Twitter that same morning with an apology for his actions.
