First Lady Michelle Obama invited a group of lucky children to the White House on Wednesday to give them the first glimpse of the 2015 holiday decorations. The tradition is part of the Joining Forces initiative, which grants military families the VIP treatment in previewing the capital's festive decor. Michelle looked radiant and cheery in a green jacquard dress, and although Barack, Sasha, and Malia Obama weren't in attendance, the family's dog, Bo, totally made up for it with a cute cameo.
