After taking a brief hiatus from her Bangerz tour due to a serious illness, Miley Cyrus was back in fine form when she kicked off the European leg of her big show in London on Tuesday night. The singer showed off a new costume, which included giant lips (and that famous Miley tongue) attached to the front and back of a sparkly leotard. Earlier in the day, Miley shot down rumors that she had been hospitalized last month due to a drug overdose. She said in a press conference in London, "I didn't have a drug overdose. I took some sh*tty antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection, and I had a reaction." Miley was put out of commission in mid-April after she had an extreme allergic reaction to Cephalexin, an antibiotic. Allergic reactions to Cephalexin are rare but not unheard of, and the allergic side effects can sometimes last for a month. April was a rough month for the young star, as her beloved dog Floyd passed away on April 1. However, Miley said she is ready to focus on her European tour, saying, "You have no idea how ready I am."
