The tennis champion, who is engaged to Reddit cofounder Alexis Ohanian, revealed the exciting news in a now-deleted Snapchat post on Wednesday with a photo of herself posing in a yellow one-piece with her growing baby bump on full display. She captioned it simply, "20 weeks." On Thursday, her rep confirmed the exciting news to POPSUGAR, saying, "I'm happy to confirm Serena is expecting a baby this Fall."

The announcement may come as a bit of a surprise to her fans, since she posted a photo of her friend Kelly Rowland's new parenting book on Instagram just last week with the caption, "One of these days I hope to apply this (but for now I'll stick to my dog Chip)." Serena and Alexis got engaged in December, and she recently shared a rare photo of them showing PDA on the beach.
