Blackpink's Jisoo and Ahn Bo-Hyun Break Up After 3 Months of Dating

It seems Blackpink's Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun's romance wasn't meant to last because the famous pair split after only a few months of dating.

Back on Aug. 3, it was revealed that Jisoo was dating Ahn after the pair were photographed meeting up in pictures obtained by Korean news outlet Dispatch. Jisoo and Ahn's respective agencies, YG Entertainment and FN Entertainment, confirmed the new relationship. "They are getting to know each other with positive feelings," the agencies said in a statement to Newsen (via Soompi), adding, "We would be thankful if you look upon them with warmth."

However, on Oct. 24, after three months of low-key dating, Korean news outlet JTBC reported that the pair had split. A source told the publication, "Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun's relationship naturally became distant due to their busy schedules, and they recently broke up" (translated via Soompi). YG Entertainment confirmed the news in a statement to Chosun, saying, "It is true that Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun broke up." Reps for Jisoo did not immediately respond to POPSUGAR's request for comment on the breakup, while reps for Ahn could not be reached.

Jisoo's relationship with Ahn marked the first time she went public with a romantic relationship in her seven-year career as a member of Blackpink. Ahn gained fame through his notable acting roles in popular K-dramas like "Itaewon Class," "Yumi's Cells," and, most recently, "See You in My 19th Life."

Jisoo isn't the first member of Blackpink to get swept up in buzz around a relationship. Her bandmate Jennie has been linked to BTS's V since May 2022. The pair were spotted on a romantic stroll in Paris this May. Unlike in the case of Jisoo and Ahn, YG and V's agency, Hybe, has refrained from confirming or denying the relationship.
