Kate and Will Kick Off Mental Health Awareness Week With an Encouraging Message

Prince William and Kate Middleton are celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK with an encouraging message. On Monday, the couple shared a video on their Instagram, which features celebrities like Dua Lipa and David Tennant highlighting the importance of mental health during the coronavirus pandemic. The message was also shared on multiple radio stations across the UK.

"Talking about how you're feeling can make a big difference."

"We're all connected," Will said in the video. "And sometimes just talking about how you're feeling can make a big difference. So right now, let's join together across the UK and reach out to someone." Kate also encouraged people to reach out to their friends and family to see how they're doing during this time.

Kate and Will have been sending a lot of positive messages this past month. In addition to showing their appreciation for the healthcare workers on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic, they recently teamed up with the rest of the royal family to call nurses on video chat.
