Lil Wayne Loves Being a Dad of 4 — Meet Kids Reginae, Dwayne, Kameron, and Neal

Lil Wayne loves having a big family! The "Kat Food" rapper is a father to daughter Reginae Carter and sons Dwayne Carter III, Kameron Carter, and Neal Carter. In a 2010 interview with Ozone Magazine, Lil Wayne opened up about his relationships with the mothers of his children and the criticism he's faced as someone who shares four kids with four different women. "I don't think what people think should be any concern of anybody's," Lil Wayne told the magazine, per MTV. "It's definitely not a concern of mine. I'd be crazy if it was and you're crazy if you are. But that goes back to me not caring about what people think or say."

Lil Wayne brings his kids to red carpets and sports events — including a March Los Angeles Lakers game and, more recently, the Billboard R&B Hip-Hop Live concert in August. But according to his eldest, Lil Wayne's favorite thing to do with his kids is movie nights at home. "My dad and I are house buds, we like to stay in," Reginae told Young, Bold, and Regal in 2021. She added that it's all about having "quality time" together, and they like to have "movie nights all the time."

Reginae Carter

Born on Nov. 29, 1998, Reginae Carter is the rapper's eldest, whom he shares with ex-wife and high school sweetheart Antonia "Toya" Johnson. Fans may recognize her from her stint on "Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta," the series "Social Society," or A&E's "Pride & Prejudice: Atlanta." She also cowrote the book "Paparazzi Princesses," published in 2013.

Speaking with Essence in 2020, Reginae shared her goal is to "become one of the biggest actresses in the world." During the COVID-19 pandemic, Reginae began sharing her auditions on TikTok as a way to get instant feedback and hone her craft. "I have my moments when I'm like okay, 'I need to get out of this house!' But I felt like TikTok was a fun way to critique my craft and also make everybody laugh, entertain people," she said.

Since then, she's gone on to launch her own fitness fashion line, which her dad proudly celebrated on Instagram. She also appeared in Peacock's "Boxed In" in November 2022, and her dad also posted about the show, writing, "Kongrats @itsreginaecarter no words can deskribe how proud of you I am! 🤙🏾 #LikeFatherLikeDaughter".

Dwayne Carter III

Dwayne Carter III — "Lil Tuney" is his family's nickname — was born on Oct. 22, 2008. He is the rapper's eldest son, whom he shares with radio host Sarah Vivan. "I delivered him. Kameron Carter

Born on Sept. 9, 2009, Kameron Carter is the rapper's third child, whom he shares with "90210" star Lauren London. Kameron is following in his dad's musical footsteps; he made his rap debut on Lil Wayne's 2020 track "Kam." He also walked the red carpet with his dad at the 2022 ESPYs, and more recently, the father-son duo cheered on the Lakers together.

Kameron also grew up under the musical influence of Nipsey Hussle, born Airmiess Asghedom, his mother's late longtime partner. In April 2019, Kameron spoke at Hussle's celebration of life service, recalling a dream of his in which Hussle appeared. "I was in paradise," he recalled, "and I was playing in the ocean water when Airmiess popped up right behind me. . . . I turned around, and I yelled his name, and I gave him a hug. . . . I told my mom about the dream, and after I told her, I was thinking about it, and I realized that Airmiess told me what heaven was like. He told me it was paradise."

Neal Carter

The youngest of the Carter clan, Neal Carter was born on Nov. 30, 2009. Lil Wayne shares his youngest son with "Don't Mess With My Man" singer Nivea, his ex-fiancée. Neal — who goes by "Young Carter" with family and close friends — made a cameo on his dad's 2020 mixtape, "No Ceilings 3"; fans can hear him rapping in "Hollywood."
