Every Major Milestone in Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis's Relationship

Kunis and Kutcher reconnected at the 69th annual Golden Globe Awards after both of their long-term relationships ended. Soon after, they began casually dating, something they both realized in hindsight wouldn't work out due to their roles in movies about friends with benefits who become something more.

"I did a movie called 'Friends With Benefits,'" Kunis said on a 2018 episode of the "WTF With Marc Maron" podcast. "He did a movie that was very similar called 'No Strings Attached.' We lived our movies out. We were just like, let's just hook up. Let's have fun. We're both single. We both trust each other. Everything's great."

By April 2012, the two realized they were more than friends and promptly moved in together.
