Patrick, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, had previously admitted that he had a crush on the singer, and the two briefly dated in 2011 while Miley was on a break from then-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. The couple made their new romance public when they were spotted sharing a sweet kiss at the UC Berkeley vs. USC game in LA in November, and they've been staying close and showing PDA ever since.
