This time around, though, it looks like Britney has met a guy who is truly deserving of her. The lucky fella is Charlie Ebersol, a TV producer from a Hollywood family. "They met through friends," a source told E! News about the relationship. "He is the sweetest guy ever, and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another. Charlie and his dad, Dick, a TV producer who helped create Saturday Night Live, survived a fatal plane crash in 2004 but lost Charlie's younger brother Teddy. During an appearance on Katie, Charlie explained how the accident changed his life.

His experience inspired him to pursue a new path.
"When the plane crashed, I was so angry," he said during an appearance on Today. "I wasn't scared or sad . . . I was going to lose out on the opportunity to do all these things I loved that I wasn't doing. I was successful in business and yet I was doing things that didn't make me happy." Charlie later created and executive produced The Moment on the USA Network to help people get a "second chance" at pursuing their passion as a career.
Like Britney, his mom has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Susan Saint James started her TV and film career in her 20s before becoming a mom.
