British Sun-Seekers Come Out in Droves to Celebrate the Spring Weather

England's wet and foggy Winter weather gave way to lots of sunshine during Easter weekend. On Monday, an official bank holiday, temperatures reached 17ºC (roughly 63ºF), and many flocked to London's Green Park and St. James Park to soak up the sun, check out the cherry blossoms, and even catch a few zzzs in the grass. In Birmingham, residents had their warmest day of the year so far, resulting in lots of outdoor picnics, sunny selfies, and sweet frozen treats.
