The queen is always in Windsor for Easter and without fail attends the matins service on the morning of Easter Sunday. She and Prince Philip are always joined by members of the family, usually including the Earl and Countess of Wessex. It's the perfect time to sport a Spring-inspired outfit and coordinating hat.
