There's so much pressure as an artist and a performer — especially in the pop world — to maintain a level of confidence. But then you look at people who are killing it right now: They're open about insecurities. It's amazing to see how connected that makes us all."
On his own personal beauty regimen: "I was in the gym pretty heavily before we shot ['Close']. And I don't know if I got a spray tan or not, but, uh . . . maybe I did. I can't remember.
