The '90s It Girls You Wanted (and Still Kind of Want) to Be

Natalie Portman made her film debut in 1994's Léon: The Professional, and nabbed a major role (and tons of critical acclaim) in Beautiful Girls two years later. Before she won our hearts in Closer, Garden State, and Black Swan in the 2000s, though, Natalie gave us literal goals when she took time off from acting to casually study psychology at Harvard University in 1999.
