Blake dated her Simon Says costar from 2004 to 2007. The two were friends growing up and Blake had a childhood crush on him, though it wasn't until 2004 that "he finally came around."

The Gossip Girl costars were first linked in 2007, though they initially denied their romance, saying they were "just friends." They finally went public with their romance a year later, and they even made their red carpet debut at the Met Gala. But by 2010, they went their separate ways. It's still unclear why they split.

Blake and Ryan sparked dating rumors when they were spotted grabbing ice cream together at Disneyland in October 2010. A couple months later, the NY Daily News reported that the duo was packing on the PDA at Ryan's Blue Valentine afterparty. "They've been out a few times and are definitely into each other, but I don't think it's super serious or anything right now," a friend of Ryan's told E! News at the time. "Yeah, they're casually dating, but I could see it becoming more." Those rumors shortly fizzled out after that.

Blake famously dated Leo for about five months in the Summer of 2011. They took their love all over the globe, popping up in Italy, NYC, Australia, and France. Their split was confirmed by both of their reps in October 2011, who said they would "remain friends."

Ryan Reynolds
Blake first met Ryan while playing love interests in 2010's Green Lantern. Blake was still dating Penn at the time, while Ryan was married to Scarlett Johansson. Nothing initially happened between them, but a year later (when Blake was single and Ryan had finalized his divorce), she and Ryan went on a double date with other people. "She was on a date with another guy, and I was on a date with another girl," Ryan said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly's Sirius XM. "That was the most awkward date [from their perspective] probably because we were just like fireworks coming across."
Blake and Ryan went on to date and got married at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, SC, in September 2012. They have two beautiful daughters together, nearly-1-year-old Ines and 2-year-old James.
