William and Kate Are Showered With Gifts During Their Latest Outing in Coventry

Prince William and Kate Middleton continued their busy schedule of royal events this week as they made a trip to Coventry in central England. Their visit included a trip to the city's cathedral, Coventry University's Science and Health Building, and local charity The Positive Youth Foundation. Arriving at the Cathedral, the pair was greeted by an excited crowd that included one fan dressed as Lady Godiva. Legend has it the noblewoman rode naked through the streets of Coventry, covered only by her hair, after her rich landowner husband told her he would lower taxes if she did so. Luckily, this modern-day Godiva was fully dressed, and rather than pleading for a tax break, it looks like she was simply there to hand roses to the royals. William and Kate, who is currently pregnant with her third child, also chatted with children from Sacred Heart School, shook hands with people in the crown, and accepted gifts of flowers from the assembled crowds.
