If You Thought Prince William Was Hot Before, Just Wait Until You See Him in His Regal Robe

Prince William is on a roll! Following his tour of the Middle East, the royal paid a special visit to Scotland on Thursday. During his trip, William — who is known as the Earl of Strathearn in Scotland — attended a series of engagements, including the annual Service of Commemoration at the National War Memorial. While there, William paid tribute to those who died in conflicts from 1914 to present day, and also visited the Royal Society of Edinburgh, where he met with entrepreneur Michael Harkins and honored professor Richard Henderson with a royal medal for his work in the field of electron microscopy.

On Friday, William dusted off his traditional green velvet robe and black feathered hat and joined Queen Elizabeth II for the annual Order of the Thistle service. During the ceremony, two new knights were installed in Edinburgh's St. Giles's Cathedral. The special service is a part of Holyrood week for the queen, who will spend several days in Scotland, hosting a garden party, meeting with people, and attending various royal engagements.

Scotland likely holds a special place in William's heart, given that he attended the University of St. Andrews and it's where he and Kate Middleton first met. Sadly, Kate wasn't in attendance as she's currently on maternity leave.
