Jordyn's version of the night's timeline: Jordyn says she went to dinner with friends on Sunday night, then went to a party at a bar after. She said she was "minding her business, drinking, dancing." Tristan was also there, doing his own thing. Afterward, she and her friends decided to go to Tristan's house, which she described as "a safe environment." She added: "He didn't even personally invite me there. He didn't say, 'Come see me.'" She also noted that she left there around 7 a.m., which isn't unusual for her since she and her friends frequently party that late (or early, depending on how you look at it).
Her denial of the phone situation: She denied having any clue about phones being taken away and said, "All I know is that I had my own."
She only admitted guilt for attending the party — nothing else: "I'm not thinking, 'I shouldn't be here.' That's my first step where I went wrong, in how I would feel if someone close to me is hanging out at my ex's house, or at the [home of] the father of my child . . . I should've gone home after the party. I shouldn't have been there."
