The Truth Hurts, but Seeing Macaulay Culkin Dancing at a Lizzo Concert Certainly Doesn't

Welp, I was today years old when I learned that Lizzo and Macaulay Culkin are friends, and it looks like I'm not the only one. Their somewhat surprising bond catapulted into the spotlight when Macaulay attended a Lizzo show in LA on Monday night and the "Truth Hurts" singer pulled him up on stage for an impromptu dance session. The two did the sprinkler in sync along with Lizzo's backup dancers, and Macaulay truly looked like he was having the time of his life. Oh, and Lizzo also did her best impression of Kevin McCallister's legendary scream from Home Alone, too — iconic!

Although a Lizzo and Macaulay mashup may seem out of left field, it turns out the stars have actually known each other for years. Macaulay made a cameo in Lizzo's 2014 music video for "Faded," and she famously references the actor in "Like a Girl" when she sings the line "I don't really need you, I'm Macaulay Culkin home alone." Ahead, see footage of Lizzo and Macaulay being the dancing duo we never knew we needed, along with some funny tweets about their unexpected onstage interaction. Who needs that Home Alone reboot when we've got these videos, am I right?
